“Broken

A tiny seed to the ground as a future plant- its but a token, for a new

plant from it will never grow until the little seed is broken. It takes broken soil to make a

crop and broken clouds to send us rain.

If we have bread to give us strength we must first have some broken grain.

Peter went out and wept bitterly after his third denial of Christ was spoken; He returned

with much greater faith and power, but first he had to be broken.

Mary came To Jesus bearing precious ointment to show her great love and devotion.

But the ointment she brought was useless until the alabaster box was broken. Jesus chose the cross

and brought salvation and for this we will forever be beholden, but before he could bring us

forgiveness His body had to be totally broken.

“I will look at men with a contrite spirit that trembles at my word.” As God has spoken, so that is the way we too must become completely repentant, sorrowful and -Broken!
